LUMBER: The market took a small break of sorts with only studs and 2x10's printing up slightly. Demand is strong and the market is firm for sure. Hopefully we have seen price appreciation slow down a bit but I'm thinking it won't peel off for a while. PANEL: Panel market is still very firm and OSB is the hot commodity of the week again. Buyers jumped in last week to get covered for the month and early spring and added some fuel to an already firm and active market. LUMBER: We turn the page today into February and with enough demand and mild January weather we saw prices print up across the board. Studs started this run a few weeks back and everything else just seemed to catch from there. If the weather continues to be on our side these prices will stick for a bit.
