Available as a special order product at Littleton Lumber and Concord Lumber, Blue Fire reclaimed character grade ponderosa pine by Princeton Forest Products is known for it's unique appearance created by a beetle infestation which kills the tree. The beetles leave entrance and exit holes throughout the tree giving it character. Blue stain is caused when the tree is no longer able to emit the moisture it has retained quick enough.
