Industry Forecast - Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions
LUMBER: Somewhat of another flat week with some downward pressure. Prices are getting dangerously low again for mills to survive. I look for the mill curtailments and closures to have a real effect in the weeks and months ahead. In any case it's a great time to build with lumber and not steel due to rising costs on all metals.
PANEL: Panel prices stayed flat to down. I look for further erosion here. Let's see where demand is in the coming weeks.
