Industry Forecast - Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions
LUMBER: We head into the last week of February with mild weather predicted for the most part and a lumber market that just won't let up. Numbers pushed higher this week pretty much across the board with not much end in sight. Current demand and expected demand for the spring buyers continuing to build inventory is the big driver.
PANEL: The OSB and fir panel market is now as hot as dimension as prices print up on all across the board. Again buyers are grabbing material in anticipation of spring and to fill current demand.
