Industry Forecast - Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions
LUMBER: Last week was somewhat flat, as prices seemed to have stopped the spiral downwards and even printed up a bit on studs. This is still a very confusing market and supply is still out there to be bought.
PANEL: The panel market continued to slide downwards but this isn't too much of a surprise as this market typically lags behind dimension lumber. With that said, I look for this market to flatten out in the next week or two. Of course all bets are off in both markets if we don't get back to whatever the new normal looks like.
