Littleton Lumber Open To Public Beginning 5/11/2020
Our Littleton Lumber location will be allowing the public to enter the store beginning Monday, May 11th, 2020. All other Concord Lumber Corporation store fronts will be open to the public beginning Monday, May 18th, including; Concord Lumber, The Kitchen Works, Forester Moulding & Millwork and ColorWorks Paint and Decorating Centers.
We are implementing new measures and procedures in order to safely and confidently open our stores. Additionally, we will continue to offer call in/ curbside pickups upon request for customers who feel safer abstaining from entering our locations.
Our new safety measures and guidelines are as follows:
All customers and employees are required to wear face masks in the store
Gloves and hand sanitizer is available for customer use at the sales counters
Plexiglass shields have been set up at sales counters
Stores will be limiting their capacity. Please observe signs posted at the doors for new occupancy limits.
Customers are being asked not to shop in groups. We request one person per transaction to enter the store.
Please observe social distancing while in our locations. Tape/floor decals will indicate flow of foot traffic in aisles and 6’ spacing while waiting in line at our sales counters.
Frequently touched areas are being cleaned on a regular schedule throughout the day with disinfectant.
Customers will be provided a bag/box for purchased store items and are responsible for bagging their own product
Customers will be encouraged to pay by credit card or check. If paying by credit card your card information will entered manually to avoid needing to touch the credit card machines.
Location doors will be propped open on nice days to avoid contact with door handles and to promote air circulation
Please do not enter our offices, break rooms, or any other restricted areas.
We are allowing all employees with the ability to work from home to do so, to keep capacity in our stores low and lessen the risk of exposure.
All of our staff has been made aware of the COVID-19 symptoms and are not permitted to work if they are feeling ill.
