Industry Forecast - Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions
LUMBER: It has been another crazy week in the market with prices escalating for the 4th consecutive week. Although we are not yet at the historic highs of two years ago, one more week like this one will put us there. It is best to be planning ahead during this time.
PANEL: This market has the same volatility and strength. OSB is raging and lead times are extended by many weeks. If you’re a builder and or buyer and are not planning your summer and fall months I would urge you to start now.
