Industry Forecast: Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions - 9/15/21
LUMBER: Buyers felt as though they saw the bottom of the market two weeks ago, and when prices printed up last week they scrambled to purchase at the lower levels. This activity moved lumber prices up again this week, and the roller coaster started it's new ride. Demand seems to be there so hold-on, and strap yourself in!
PANEL: Panel prices seemed to do the same led by OSB, which printed up. Fir plywoods stayed somewhat flat but is poised to follow the rest of the markets.
