Industry Forecast: Lumber Pricing & Market Predictions - 9/20/21
LUMBER: Prices continued to move up slightly this week, demand remained solid, and the mills are still seeing a healthy amount of orders being placed. This market doesn't seem to be the type that will have a run, most retailers are still waiting to see the low pricing levels that mills hit a few weeks back. We'll see where we go from here as we head into the fall months.
PANEL: OSB led the panel market as prices printed up again. Fir plywood stayed mostly flat but is poised to follow the rest of the market soon.
